ATHLETIC MAT PILATES

Focusing on strength and mobility, athletic pilates mat is a low impact class that uses movement to challenge your entire body’s strength and endurance while improving flexibility. It’s a faster paced class that provides a challenge yet open to students of all levels.

CONTEMPORARY MAT PILATES

Discover the power of your flexibility and alignment with a focus on strengthening your core and postural muscles for full-body health. Using both your own body weight and provided props, you will connect with and challenge your deep stabilizers. You’ll finish this class feeling more grounded, balanced, lengthened, and agile.

POSTURAL PILATES

Our Postural Pilates class is here to help you reactive your postural muscles. Paolo will help you shape the forms of your body to confer elegance and well-being and help you battle gravity to keep your spine stable in any range of motion!

RESET

This is an open level basics class with the intention of making you an intelligent mover, building a strong movement foundation so you can move well, feel your best, and create a resilient and youthful body. This moderate pace class brings your intention inwards, using breath to build awareness, mobilizations to decompress & lengthen, and isolated and full body movements to build strength from the inside out. Move to feel amazing.

REVIVE

This is an open level to intermediate flow class with the intention to move in all ranges of movement, build stamina, strength and mobility meeting your bodies daily movement needs. This faster paced class almost feels like a dance as it flows from one movement to the next, moving in every plane and level, articulating and mobilizing through every joint while building strength, agility, balance, endurance and suppleness.

RELEASE

This is an open level class with the intention of releasing tension from the body & mind while increasing flexibility and mobility. Using breath and grounding and restorative techniques to relax the nervous system , mobilizations to decompress the body and stretches to increase flexibility, your mind and body will learn to let go of stress and tension that’s not serving you and make you feel relaxed and released.
